Spent 3 nights here with my 2 kids, had a very good stay overall. Its location in Seattle was perfect and exceptionally nice, close to restaurants, entertainment, and Seattle Center. The excellent service and shuttle to-and-from the airport far exceeded my expectations.

The room was well laid out with a sofa bed, a bedroom and stovetop kettle to boil water for tea and safety measures included smoke detectors. The location was magnificent, at walking distance from a landmark modern spire. Plus, it was near all the common areas, Near main attractions and good restaurants and points of interests.

Unique suite layout for groups, Availability of fitness facilities, Two laundry rooms accessible via room card
More attention to hallway noise!!! Improved check-in procedures would go a long way, especially during busy periods!!! Consider enhancing communication with staff to better assist lost guests!!!

Loved the spacious room and the fully functional gym! Great location near local restaurants and the Space Needle. Pregame with coffee anytime. Flavored water was a nice touch.

Less than 10 minutes walk from Space Needle and monorail. Good continental breakfast (although you do have to ask for bread to toast if you want that). We did discover (eventually) several restaurants that were close by and wish we had discovered earlier (perhaps this can be included within info to guests). Provision of USA Today included within the price
Felt lighting was a little dim in the main room (bathroom lighting was fine). A central light would be quite useful.

Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff and concierge Room was very spacious with very modern finishings eg. undermounted sink The room was cleaned immaculately. Complimentary breakfast was a nice inclusion in room rate. The employee named Shew who ran the breakfast service was exceptional. Please make sure her manager knows that. There were other nice touches that really made a difference in my stay, such as, complimentary morning newspaper, complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, and complimentary cookies in the lobby, to name just a few. Great location too! Walking distance to Belltown, downtown, the waterfront and Pike Place Market. I felt safe in that neighbourhood. It's also right across the street from a twenty-four hour grocery store. Next time I'm in Seattle, I would definitely stay there again.

Quick repair of door closing mechanism which had lost a screw. Fast maid service. Very good breakfast in lounge room. They rotated sausage, ham, and bacon daily with scrambled eggs. Make your waffles were favorites with others but I did not try them. Breads, rolls, cereals and fresh fruit. Great coffee! Large public room to lounge in and eat. Two PC's were available for general use. Huge plasma screen TV easy to view by entire lounge room.
